Q : How long before we see our images ?
A : If a CD collection is chosen we allow between 4 and 6 weeks as we take time and trouble on the editing, sizing, manipulation/retouching of perhaps several hundred images.

Depending on the collection chosen, album collections can take up to 6/8 weeks from the time you give us your chosen images. Again, this can include special finish pictures and big collection album design.

We give attention to the detail of album production - this wedding collection will be with you for many years to come - we don't like to rush a wedding order as this would only be reflected in the finished pictures.

Q : How much digital manipulation can we have in our pictures ?
A : Every image is different and we assess the need for manipulation at the editing stage when we strive to produce the best and most complimentary finish. There is no charge for general manipulation but if a lot of time and skill is required, there is generally a small charge. Any major changes are requested in writing and then agreed by both parties with any payments due to be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed with BWP.

Q : When do we pay for our wedding service ?
A : Minimum deposit to book our services in £100 sterling. Whatever is due is usually payable the week before the wedding. All orders, additional payments, payable in advance. Any travel, tolls, overnight stays etc will be invoiced after the wedding and payable before we release any work.

Q : Can we add images to our album collections ?
A : Yes. You buy the images with the album page and overlays needed.
